Hello All,

I have managed to track down a contact in the US who has some MKIV workshop manuals for sale.

I can probably get the following (subject to confirmation):-

1993 Volume 1 & 2
1994 Volume 1 & 2
1995 Volume 1 & 2
1996 Volume 1

At this stage the guy has only one set of each. Is anyone interested in them?

Please note that these manuals (and all manuals) in English are for the US spec Supras. The Manuals for the Jap spec are all in Japanese.

They aren’t cheap. The 1993 is the most expensive.

I am getting my 93 manuals for US$135 + US$60 postage

Send me a PM and I can either sort it out for you or forward the guys contact details to you.

Cheers

Andrew

P.S. Here is an example of what they look like

I have the manual on CD as well. According to some they aren't as good.

Anyway, if anyone wants an original manual, I can send you the guys details or organise to get them for you.

I can assure you after needing info on various things on my car, the CD's leave a lot to be desired. For the basic stuff it is fine but for something a bit unusual or tricky ,bits are breezed over that are important. I have 3 CD versions and they all are very similar and incomplete compared with the manual.

Cheers all
Darren

I will back Darren on this. I bought a cd off ebay - leaves a LOT to be desired. If I had a genuine need for it, I would DEFINITELY get one of these manuals.

They are the siht.

I received 2 sets of the 93 manuals. They are both in excellent condition. They barley looked used. If anyone else wants a set let me know.

All up they cost Gav and myself $280 each. I am thinking of doing something similar on SF.com.au and making a little pocket money...

I'd probably grab one, but right now I'm all out of pocket money... :(

I emailed the guy to find out how many manuals he can get.

TRD2JZ - the manuals cover both the GTE and GE engines.

Got these manuals off Andy yesterday - my bloody Godfathers! One is as big as the whitepages and the other is almost the size of the yellowpages. So much info it is ridiculous. Fantastic to have the resource now. Shame about the cultural diffs as these manuals are US based and so some diffs occur.

Thanks for organising this Andy, great to finally meet you too mate.
Hope to see you on the cruise.

GEE :D
