CLUB RULES

Members must not conduct themselves in a detrimental manner to the image of the association at any association event, including, but not limited to
  • Burn-outs, doughnuts, drifting and circlework
  • Dangerous driving, tailgating or excessive speed
  • Endangering lives and property
  • Excessive noise, including, but not limited to engine and stereo noise
  • Other acts as deemed inappropriate and detrimental as decided by the committee from time to time.

    For events that require members to be exempted from the above rules, the committee must supply competitors with supplementary regulations at least 21 days prior to the event. Only registered competitors have exemption as listed in the supplementary regulations ( see club constitution )

  • Members must obey all State and Federal laws and By-Laws
  • In the event that a member behaves in an inappropriate way, the member shall receive from the committee
    • Verbal warning

    • Written warning

    • Expulsion from the event at the discretion of the committee, and / or expulsion from the association. Members may appeal the expulsion ( See Constitution)

  • Any act considered grossly inappropriate by the committee can lead to the immediate expulsion of a member from the event, and / or association. The expulsion shall then be discussed at the next committee meeting, and the member shall be given rights to appeal as under rule 10 ( see constitution)
  • All members are responsible for the acts of any guests and family members they bring to association events.
  • The committee reserves the right to disallow any members guests from attending association events at their discretion.
  • It is the members responsibility to advise their guests of the misconduct rules of the association.
  • Members attend association events at their own risk, neither the association nor the office bearers can be held responsible for a member or a members guests actions.

Sorry to dig this up guys n Gals, but we need to remind the new and the old members of the club rules.

If you wish to ignore these rules, then you will face the consequences
