just wondering if anyone has asked/looked for a sponsorship in car audio,
like sony, pioneer, clarion?
I'm guessing it would be hard to get, but to promote their product in car shows it may get their interest, especially in a supra.
may get discounts etc.

But I wouldnt know who to promote - Ive got about 4 different brands in my sound system at the moment! :walkman:

Too early for him to consider sponsoring us - I dont think he has even opened yet has he?

Plus, he will already do us the best deals he can - see the thread he started.

Sponsorship deals are very hard to come buy guys, unfortunately distributors buy and do up their own cars. I have to buy all my own gear noone just give me the stuff.

Anyone that tells you they got free gear for putting stickers on their cars is talking out of their a**hole.

I have a sponsored car sitting in my garage but even though i didnt pay for the equipment, another company did and since i was the state manager for the brand it was benefiting them to have my car at shows to promote and attract interest.

It doesnt necessarily need to be stickers on cars...

We can have advertising on club banners, website etc.

Provided its all good for the club of course...

Just saying because the club could use some $$$$$. Cause my mum forks out heaps. like when i used 2 go to school she would like put a couple of grand in to my pedal prix thing but if you dont want $$$$$$$ like whateva.

stickers aren't everything, could be banners at shows etc.
there are many ways to promote the club & sponsors.

My appologies MKIII TRD :sorry: , i dont really know about this sort of thing. when i think sponsorship i think of ads on the cars themselves, but now i have been corrected and enlightend. once again im so sorry and like you i want $$$$ for the club.
