also any1 know a good place to by good pads?

Reckon i've got a set lying around, just need to put them together haha.
send us a message sometime, most auto shops i.e. repco, sprints etc. will be able to order you pads too. i've got bendix pads in mine (just did them last week) and they are really good! however i am unsure of the part number etc. but i could get it for you, fronts and rears if you need. so maybe go for some of them :)

well its definitely a good conversion. i did it. easy and better. i got bendix pads, do a great job. while ago but i dont think they costed much more then 60 for fronts. jzma70 is running ebc's and they are amazing. if you get in contact with him he said he had a spare set

Ok, so much thanks to Harley for selling me the ma70 calipers and also some door trims =) cheers mang!

still after some Pads so im thinking about just going the bendix ultimates as I dont need the best pads i can get seeing its not the fastest GA.

Quick question : are the backing plates the same between the two?

Bendix GTCs, possibly one of the best bang for buck pads you can get. They are about $50 an end for the commodore and from memory arent too much more than that for the A71's

the backing plates are the same. if you look at the rotors for you GA brakes they dont fill the backing plates. with the MA70 rotors they fill it perfectly like they where always ment to be there
