Hi All,

I'm looking at selling my 1987 MKIII GT Limited toyota Supra. It is a 3L turbo manual.

Colour: White
Transmission: Manual
Turbo: Yes - reconditioned about 5000Km ago.
Dash: Digital Dash
Windows: Power
Suspension: TEMS
Cruise control: Yes
Air Conditioing: Yes
Electric drivers chair: yes - lumbar, height, etc..
Stereo: body but no face.
Exhaust: 3.5" tip 3" all way through. (with catalitic converter)
Km: ~155000

I have not started the car for about 3 years as I have another car. The car was broken into at one stage and they ripped the stereo out. hence no face for the player.

Im hoping to be able to get about $2500 for it. Is this price ok? Or anyone interested?

Not too up with ma70 prices, but I'd say $15k is a bit optimistic. You can get early jza80 tt's for that kind of money.

BTW do you mean TEMS?

That is priced way too high, as ma61turbo said you can get 2jz tt mkivs for less. I would say more like 6k??

oops sorry guys i didnt mean 15K! It was meant to be $2500. so should i be asking a bit more? i just want to get rid of it.

and yeah TEMS! not CAMS! been a while since I have looked at the car.

Not trying to sound rude but that price is probably about right if it hasn't been started in 3 years. Do you know what's wrong with it?? What damage was done when they broke in? Is it registered??

Hey Gordo,

Yeah im thinking that price as i just want to get rid of it. the dash area around where the stereo was is a little bit out of shape but not cracked or anything.

it is not registered. I do not drive so I dont want to waste money registering another car.

The engine is in great condition as i have had compression test done on it and all looks good.

Oh forgot to mention also that it has a 3.5" exhaust system in it with a cat converter installed also.

So if anyone knows someone that wants a cheap car that goes well, or just use it for parts then let me know.
