hi all :-)

as the title says:

needs to be:
cheap - the cheaper the better
ideally looking under $300
running well - no major problems
have seats and seat belt that are in good nick
no major panel damage / broken lights etc
preferably RWD but can be FWD for the right car
prefer 4cyl, but can be 6 or 8

needs to be (or be able to be) Registered
So outta rego is cool but no defects

need something until our usual dirt rally car -the stigma, gets back on the track.

thanks all

To be running and have some of the things you listed under $300 seems pretty optimistic.

However. I drive past a EF falcon on the way to tafe that has been for sale down the road from me for about a month now. It looks okay, no damage from what I can see from the road. The sign on the window is $400, did u want me to stop there and see if I can get a number for ya?
It’s just out of Gawler

hehe, yeah I know it's optomistic, but you never know if you don't try.

The last car i got temporarily was a Mazda 121, picked it up for $200, sold it for $150 at the end of the day. WIN! :D

linkies here and here

I'm no artist, but I impressed myself with the flame job. Masking tape and newspaper (couple hours) then a can of spray paint and sa-weet

so back to it, yeah would be keen for you to have a look for me pelase.
muchly appreciated
If it's a manual and I can pick it up for $200-300 (+ rego) = bargain.
for sale for a month and wants $400 prob means he'll take $250 :D

going up to look at a manual magna wagon tomorrow, wants $350, outta reg. I'll try for $200 + i'll throw on reg of course, meet him in the middle at $250. New springs, shocks, heavy duty clutch, 2.6 injected, sounds too good to be true

we'll see :D

I'll let you know if I'm successful

Wayne Phillis Kia in Reynella have a nissan pintara the newer shape with a price tag of $295 on it. u could probably get it for $200? My mate runs the used yard there and its probably going to Sims due to the shocking paint job the previous owner gave it to try bump its value. mechanically seemed ok
