You're welcome Chau ^_^

Thanks Kim, I'm not the only one who covets the technospeeds, a certain housemate of mine rues the day he missed out on buying your silver ones!

I'm scared about what choice the next lot of presents will be ;) I'll have to corner you after the AGM or dyno day to pick your brain!

it's a pity that he missed out on them. at least they went on another Supra.

Are you sure that you want to ask for my suggestions as to what parts to get next? You'll be much poorer following that conversation!

Give him time and I'm sure he will find a set.

I've already gone and written up a list of parts that I desire, and the "necessities" section is well in advance of what I paid for this thing! :whistling: :sorry:

If I wish to fill the wants list in the next 5 years I'm going to need to find another job!!!

Gearbox is now in and most of the "major" things needed to get it driveable are out of the way, will be much easier to get things done if I can move it on a permit rather than a trailer!

Here it is all clean1 and shiny2

  • "Clean" means the vast majority of crap has been cleaned off, it is still terrible.
  • Nor is it "Shiny" as it needs about 15 days with a buffer and then 25 weeks with some polish.

Well after a lot of effort it now kicks over and using Start ya Bastard will fire, for two seconds, no fuel pressure so started tracing it back, checked the fuel filter, tiniest bit in there, put the new filter on and went to the pump at the back, all electronics were fine so fished it out, it was very very nasty, there is so much crap in the tank we're looking at getting a new tank and also an entire new assembly for the pump, you'll see why in the picture!
