You had a quick look at it at the 30th anual street machine, it ran a 136db. Its in a silver JZA80 supra. Setup is

7" clarion touch screen deck
2 x 6.5" DD competition splits in the front
Custom sub box in boot with:
2 x 12" DD 500 series subs - 300WRMS
1 x DD Mono sub amp (forget the series) 1000WRMS x 1ch @ 1ohm stable
1 x DD 2ch speaker amp (forget the series) 200WRMS x 2ch

Running 0 gauge cable, still need to get myself a capacitor.

My boot rubber stops are old and need replacing + the lack of any sound dedner = extreme boot rattle and all round aweful sound from the outside. Inside sounds ace though.

Hope to make it out there

I looking forward to it too. I was hoping to win that dynamat in that comp you guys were running at the old school and new age show lol. Rather than getting a whole boot kit do you think i could get away with a temp fix for this comp by putting 2 squares of dynamat directly accross from the port holes that are facing the rear bumper?? Or would the whole boot need doing to make any difference?
I have also been looking in jaycar and they sell the brand "response" sound dedner. have you had any experience with this?

there are a number off copy cat products out there I think dynamat and stinger road kill are the best some melt on really hot dayson our summers your car get up to 70 or 80deg if it melts moves and makes a mess its so hard to clean up
Also the foil is not as strong so yes you can add a piece at a time its just more cost affective to buy in bulk
