Few factors I'd say, I've had a fair number of people who are really keen for it, then in the end don't bother coming down to check it out because 'it's too far to go', even when stating I'd drive halfway for a genuine buyer they don't bother. Done so much running around getting tests done and what not then have them go and buy NA's or other models.

P-Plate laws would be killing it too, kids can buy a car that looks the same, but isn't a turbo and the TT's aren't selling as easily.

I've removed some of the pricier things from the car to lower the price to make it a bit more reasonable for those in the market, but I don't know how it will go, or if it will make any difference.

I've got someone lined up to buy the interior when they get the cash together and revert it back to stock inside, but If I can sell the car in the mean time I will.

The only other option from there is to put factory panels back on and sell the body kit off, but not many people are going to want to pay the premium for a genuine Border kit when they can throw a Veilside one on and painted for a grand haha.

Brrrrrrrr Veilside Kit

Can't really compare the two.

Horses for courses I guess but I know which one I would rather have.

I hope you have better luck with the sale now you have down specced it. People are lacking confidence at the moment so all Retail is slow let alone a brilliant A80 like yours :)

Cheers

Had an offer of 14k over the weekend then jumped to 16k, but has to go to the bank so I'm not counting the chickens.

I've updated the main post with new pics and videos, actually doesn't look that bad with the stockies, still a tad ghetto though haha.
