lol. didnt even think of that.

well the supra is now home in the garage.
went to a few places for quotes for adam so he can sue the person who crashed it.
the first place wanted $6k if we supplied all the parts.
2nd and 3rd place said around $12-$13k. so more than the value of the car and
the 4th place thinks it is a write off too.

good thing im doing it myself haha..

oh man, took the supra apart and... *(&# its really bad, couldnt see it before but now everything
is off its noticable.

the left rail is off by about.. 6+ inches

the right rail is screwed. going to need a new rail i think.
the sway bar is touching the lca and the strut (only because that part of the rail is pushed back.
the left hand strut tower is in by 8mm compared to the right.

radiator is bent as well as the condenser.. sorta saw that coming though.
found a big tear in the rear seat as well.

will put pics up in a minute

hopefully who ever did this reimbursed him for the damages? id peak if one of my friends did this to my car.

actually no, they didnt. they paid for the car they hit but didnt feel the need to reimburse him for the damage
to his car.

so he has to take them to court with some quotes

pretty shitty if you ask me.

so got a phone call from my gf today saying that my body kit had arrived!... YAY!!! was cheering :D

until i got home.
both corners of the front bar are pretty much broken off, there is cracks all through the front bar. not little stress cracks. but big crack cracks.
the sideskirts looks ok, then noticed cracks in those as well. also there was a bit missing. the part that goes up the front fender.
the rear bar looks.. ok. will check it all again in the light.

also received my rear top hatch spoiler.
doesnt fit. :(

so looks like my 2 weeks hoildays are now going to be taken up by repairing fiberglass and making new bits...
not exactly happy.

dont care too much about the spoiler cos i was expecting fitment issues but the body kit was meant to have marks and scratches and clearly it wasnt
all done by the shipping company.

keep making this car better and watch Adam cry when its done :P

I find it quite funny a lot of people use the ford colours when respraying their cars. CDUCTV and myself have. another mate used blue print blue for his RX-7
