she is in bad shape now. i need to get my a** into gear and get it going again. i miss it so much.

i bought it 4 days before my 16th birthday... 16/07/2004.
started rubbing it back immediately for the new splash of paint. plus a new hatch..
while prepping the body, i managed to get a hold of some corona rims. so i ripped my stock 14' off and off to the polishers they went.. and boy did i have fun running Supra with the LSD on 185 tyres.. lol

the car was pefrect. i loved every day driving her around.

then, my first SA Supra cruise.. we met at bunnings Parafield. started to head up Mcintyre road and onto North East Rd.. then the temp gauge started rising. i stopped, left the cruise and tried to cool her, but the damage was done. head gasket was stuffed and so was my head. the alloy was too soft now.

sadly she was shedded because i had to move to sydney for law school. she has been dormant for 5 years now and it makes me sad every day.

now i have a MX83 Cressida to be used as a donor engine. its a stock 7m-ge. i swapped my S13 for the Cressida. now all i need is time and money to make this conversion happen. i hope 2011 is the year of my Supra's re-birth.

thanks for reading.

Did you change it to be all colour coded? I gotta admit I'm not a fan of it that way, well, not with white anyway.

My old ma61 went BHG as well, cept I got no warning, just stacks of white smoke out the exhaust after filling up at a servo one day. I put in a 7m-gte instead of fixing the 5m, way more fun ;)

Still miss my ma61, which I think is dead and buried now :(

Yeah I color coded everything.. Its bodywork was terrible when I got it. I love it like it is now. But in good nic, the black bumpers look good too.

Unfortunately not, didn't have the resources to do it myself. It is very easy though. 5m out, 7m in. Hardest bit is probably wiring.

Ha yeah the wiring what I fear the most. I will want to pay someone to do it for me but have no idea of the cost. What did your conversion set you back. Minus the engine cost.. I already have my donor engine..
