Thought I'd advertise this here since the last person who lived here was from SA Supra (he just finished building a house with his mrs)...

I have a room available in my three bedroom house located directly across from Westfield Marion (VERY close to shops, public transport, post office etc). It's more of a bedroom + a loungeroom actually. Out of the three rooms I have taken two, one for my bedroom and one as a loungeroom. That leaves the other bedroom and the large loungeroom to you.

Rooms are unfurnished, but everything else is provided/shared. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc are all modern.

It's a double brick house, so it's very quiet inside.

The loungeroom has heating/air conditioning plus a seperate gas heater.

Location is secure with 6ft fence and deadlocked front gate (kept locked at night but can be opened from either side with a key). Car parking includes a spot under the carport and space behind that spot for a second car if you have one. Lots of free space in the shed for car parts or excess stuff.

Certain pets are OK. I have a dog so another dog is fine as long as it gets along with mine. I have no problem with cats.

ADSL2+ is available through wireless and ethernet to the loungeroom, provided you're willing to pay a (actual cost) portion and not get me in trouble with your downloading habits.

Prefer quiet non-smoker (like myself).

Asking $150pw + bills. Available after 16th August.
