i purchased a Ridox carbon fibre roof spoiler and a TTC shifter ring.
they said 5-10 days. it rocked up on the 10th day. thats fine within the stated delivery. and any email communication was fine with a decent response time with Dusty Womack (intl. contact)

there was very little in the way of packing foam in the box and no bubble wrap. the shifter ring was just wrapped in that thin foam stuff. at the bottom of the box. no labels, no fitting instructions, just in the box. The spoiler itself personally i would not have let go to a customer. it didnt get damaged in trasport thats for sure. BUT the manufacturing of it wasnt quite right. the weave falls away from the edge and has too much resin in that corner. then there is a section that the clear coat seems to be lifting or cracking already.

on another note, when i bought all my chrome dash rings from the ebay store in the UK there were labels, instructions and even links to videoclips on how to fit the things. a lot more helpful than something laying in the bottom of the box

will be in contact with Dusty Womack over this matter very soon. i was planning on buying another spoiler to match for the boot lip. when i do i hope it doesn't turn out like this...

I've had nothing but good experiences from Dusty, have bought things from him both directly and via GBs on the National forums. I'm sure he'll sort you out.

I have spent well over the price of a TT supra with MVP and had nothing but great experiences with them.

I am sure Dusty will sort it out and this thread will be made redundant.

well it was cheaper to send it back than it was to have it sent here. and it took 15 days instead of 10 the second time to arrive.

it arrived with a lot more packaging and care taken this time.
