Hey everyone, thought this might help someone in a DIY situation.

To replace the drive belt on a 2JZ-GE engine is quite simple. They have a auto belt tensioner which makes life quite easy. Simply attach the spanner onto the tensioner pulley bolt and push down. (lefty loosey, righty thighty) :) the pulley will move down allowing you to slip the belt off. Take note of how the belt runs around the pulleys before you remove the belt.
Thread the old belt between the fan and fan shroud to remove it.
Put the new belt in the same way you removed the old one.
Wrap the belt around the pulleys making sure you follow the same pattern as it was before you took the belt off.
Drop the tensioner pulley again and fick the belt over the pulley. Once the belt is back on insure that the belt is tracking correctly over all pulleys before you start the engine.
That's about it. :) Once I get my car back i'll take some pics to go with the instructions.

Hope it helps someone
