Hi Girls and Guys, Just introducing myself..

Name is Michael, all my friends call me Mikey, I used to be an old member on here but became inactive after selling my old JZA70 few years back. after going on holidays to Dubai and phazing away from import scene i just got hungry for it and now bakc into it!, i unfortunatly purchased a JZZ30 GT-TL and working on making it a fine example of a clean presented jap car.

My personal preference with modding a car would be engine and presentation, NO bodykits. i find that they wreck the true looks of the car. a jap car already looks beautiful and all it needs is nice colour, the right rims, and hight and bingo!

so anyways back to my original car, when i purchased it, it was maroon Aero top 5sp W58, it was 1ggte, it was stock as a rock! no exhaust no nothing!... so i started building it up. and took it off the road for around 6 months and did all the work Solo and by myself. "apart from paint!" that was done by Performance Paint and Pannels.

The end product was:

XR6 Blueprint colour
1JZGTE + R154 201rwkw @12psi 630Nm Torque "that was without the FMIC"
TIEN Coilovers - VERY HARD cant remember spring rate. but i recall purchasing them from a member on here.
Cusco FRONT and REAR Adjustable struts
Twin Oil Coolers replacing the fog lights
TORSEN DIFF "Thanks Koji @ Import spares"
3" HKS Exhaust "catback"
Custom FMIC
17x8.5 245's Front and 17X9 245's Rear AVS White wheels
Slotted front Rotors "i highly recommend this upgrade for anyone who likes to push their supra in the hills. i felt the difference and it was huge!"

so anyway i was the proud owner of that car for a year or so till i sold it as i started working and it dint serve as a daily. I dearly regret selling it and i miss it like hell, but i know the new owner is / has been looking after it. "we keep in touch all the time"

If SAsupa want this car at a car show i believe the owner is happy enough to bring it. I also believe he maybe selling the car ..."but i don't have the spare cash to purchase it as i got a holiday to dubai for 40 days coming up in October!"

These here were some pics I and my 2 best mates took we used to cruise together all the time R33 GTR Vspec and RX7-FC Infini "2 seater". and yes the jza70 was faster then the r33 GTR "when it got traction" :P

that car was sick.. cant believe u sold it :( aerotop.... remember we had a debate.. buy an old skool one or a newer aerotop, and you're like with that price tag i can buy two of these :)

interesting you left the 87 front and didnt update like you did with the rear lights ...

im interested in updating mine - i wonder how much the new owner is selling for .....

Thanks guys, I actually prefer the 87 front bar, give more a JDM feel cos of the sharper look. the later one is too bulky in the front middle and rounder. I did give it the front wide(er)guards also if u can tell ;)

I am not sure man i can find out if ur interested. i sold it to him tooo cheap but i was desperate at the time. now things changed haha ..

hehe the FC lost its front bar @ mallala as we zip tied it on and it fell off on the scando and mate drove over it haha, i was infront of him in the supra but at the time it was matt black :)
