This is my latest edition.

OEM Leather gear knob.

Its squared off at the front and falls nicely to hand and very comfortable. One thing I noticed immediately is that is screws down much lower than the gear knob I had fitted before. I purchased it through RHD rhdjapan.com.

Not cheap but I like it.

I need to replace mine, it's getting a bit worn out now.

Good price though, I think these are in excess of $200 from Toyota. One of the vendors on the national forums has them for $160 + postage.

I got my gear knob re-trimed by the GURU. Frank Becirevic is his name. Did my steering wheel too, excelent job. Highly recommended.

Did they stamp the shift pattern into the top or get rid of it?

I chose to get rid of it. But yes he can stamp the pattern into it if you want.
