SA Supra Club 2010 AGM annual general meeting for club financial members

The club's AGM will be held at the Shannons Insurance club rooms (863-865 South Road, Clarence Gardens)
Saturday 17 April 2010
1030am-1230pm
with lunch afterwards at the Maid of Auckland (South Road). all forum members are welcome to attend!
This meeting is for the club's current financial members to have a say in what the club does for 2010-2011. it is also a chance to convey any feedback or suggestions to the club executive in order to help improve the club and this website.
If you're not there, then you won't be heard!
Non financial members are welcome to join the club at this meeting by paying the $10 half yearly membership fee. As a full financial member (not just forum registered) you will have the opportunity to nominate, be nominated, and vote for club committee positions.

If you want to have your say in what this club does for the next 12 months, then you need to attend this meeting!
If you believe that the club should organise more displays at car shows, have more motorsport events, or meet more frequently for cruises then maybe you should help the club to do those very things.
If you think that you can do a better job than the current club management and can realistically commit the time & effort to the cause, then perhaps you should nominate yourself for a committee position.

The main benefits of paid membership is access to discounts from the club's major sponsors (Fours N More, Sinergy Motorsports, MarveyTech) and access to more sub forums contained on this website. You will also have no limit to your postcount (100 posts is the current limit for non-financial forum members)
We hope to see lots of people in just over a month on the Saturday morning (April 17).

I talked to Darren about a month ago about becoming a financial member, he said wait till the AGM. If im unable to come can I still become a financial member?

of course you can become a financial member :)
just download the form and send your $10 to Darren anytime.

However I have made Justin my proxy for the meeting. He will have a note signed by me and a witness to keep it all proper.
Lunch will still me at the Maid of Auckland, we have a table in the courtyard booked. Will just need someone to confirm numbers with them just before the meeting has started.

you can park in the carpark from 10am, but please enter from the side street (Neville Avenue) as they have a chain across the front South Road entrance that will damage your car if you drive right into it.
we'll be aiming to finish by 1230pm to have lunch at The Maid of Auckland (350 metres away) at 1pm. all are welcome to join us for lunch.
if you are a club Financial Member (or want to be one) this is your chance to have your say in how this club will run (and who will run it) for the next 12 months.

President = Mercury
Vice Pres = golli
Treasurer = Darren
Secretary = ultra
Moderators = revised team
Events Team = Phantom, JTmiller, Celcius1, and golli (Team Leader)
Motorsports = Reaper (dyno days) and ultra (trackdays)
Merchandise = JTmiller
importantly:
* unofficial cruises will not be listed in detail on this website to minimise the club's liability and legal exposure.
* policies re club cruises have been updated
* club entry into car shows will continue
* there will be a club dyno day soon
* club membership day in Spring
