and JTMiller 1 for the sound off secod place.

with only 28 cars entered in the show n shine. hopefully things pick up in years to come.

All said and done it was a nice event just a lot smaller than previous years.
the toyochamp this year was much more desrving.

SR20DET powered mustang celica with big brakes and a lot more "engineering" and effort

ToyoShow in all over for another year. One of our best results with the club taking 10 awards from 5 entrants. Sonia with Enthusiast 2nd, Matron, Top interior and Top paint. A fantastic effort. Phantom took out 1st place in Show Car, Best display, 1st in the sound off and dyno comp in V8. JT got in on the awards as well by taking 2nd in the sound off and I managed to take 2nd in Show Car.

A special mention goes to Chau for jumping in to make up the numbers. Much appreciated mate, although he did not enter in to be judged he still made the effort to come down and support the club. Top effort bloke! :claps:

We had a few members come down to say hello and take a look. Inc, Darren, Stika, Ice, NickT and Golli. Thanks for coming down and saying hello.

All in all a very good result this year. Well done and a big thank you to all the entrants for representing the club so well.

P.S. Thanks to Stika for the banner. Everyone is very happy with it.

Top work and display by all the SAS Crew. All the cars really well presented and worthy of all the awards received.

I also agree Special mention for Chau for helping with numbers and a well turned out Supra mate. And then we come to Sonias Beast, what a beautiful interior and total package that Supra is and excellent that she scored a few awards. They really do have to change the title from ""Matron"" to something like Female,Chicky-Babe,Hot-Babe,Fast Female, Hottie or even Chief Cook and Bottle Washer , anything but Matron. That sounds like some 60yr old Nurse not the Mega enthusiast we know she is :notworthy:

Certainly makes me proud to know all you SAS people and hopefully if the show goes ahead next year there will be more entries from all the Toyota Groups, heck I might even bring the ""Junk-Yard Dog"" as long as we dont get the unfortunate date changes like we had this year as I might have gotten Top Power Award if I had joined in the fun.

Anyway congratulations to all the winners and participants, and I must admit the Car that won top spot this year certainly was worthy.

Cheers
Darren

Thanks guys, I don't think I deserve that much thanks though!

In the end I had a fantastic day, I enjoyed it alot. I never really thought I would enjoy the event as much as I did, but it's good interacting with other enthusiasts, as well as just admirers. I look forward to participating a bit more in events this year!

The supra's looked great, and definitely Sonya's supra is a mighty clean peice of work! Brenton's car looked great, love those doors! and Mike looked mighty fine. How can you not love the phntom!

Cant forget the cressida and is200!! :)

Edit: Darren, you would have taken out top power easily, highest pulled, I think was by a 4 cylinder, 180-190 kw? I didnt make the dyno comp either else would have been 2 more catagories the supra's would have won!

FXGT was a USDM AE82 corolla with a 4A-GE engine, supposedly one of 7 legit ones in the country. 3 door, front wheel drive.
