- car wash - ( Bikini prefered :) ) - spounges, buckets - cleaning products, chamois, vacum cleaners etc
- japanese Sumo ( two people wear those sumo suits ) - have a massive ring setup with 2 cars - or sumos about to do battle
- japanese icons - Mt Fugi in background - etc
- pizza delivery business - each car is a company car - have unusual stats for reading around the place - ie -
" record 15 pizza deliverys in 7.48 mins "
" 17 cats , 5 dogs, 1 grandma but i still got the pizza delivered "
just thinking of something different - that could all have some fun with on the day - :)
If i get my new bonnet - i may enter wizz you all

If you actually want input, like you say you do, how about asking for it. Stating "This years theme is 'Race track starting grid'" is NOT asking for suggestions!

I'm not going to start a war over this. As mentioned before, we had meeting about this a few months ago. We came up with some ideas and we all (thoses that attended the meeting) voted for the starting grid theme. Therefore it's was not just decided by me but all those that attended the meeting. (The people willing to attend)

Quit it before i start getting pissy about it...
Keep it on topic. I dont want to see mindless squabbling in here.
Those with suggestions on what to do or not to do, please speak up, or forever hold your peace.

I would suggest we arrange a meeting next saturday 23rd Jan to get stuff planned out on paper so everything comes together and goes well and we wow the crowd.
I'm a definate still Toyoshow is something I will not miss. So I believe it will be in our best interests to have another meeting

tiff and kent rocked up...
Ice was there.
and then there were some guys with celicas i think that sat with JT miller and Celcius.
thats the best i can do on remembering.
stuff we were looking at doing last meeting:
tire/wheels stacks(me and ice? dean has some too)
hay bails (mercury?)
bunnings used to sell a black and white chequer board/finishing flag floor vinyl we could use to make up a start/finish line?
maybe some stickers saying support vehicles? or numbers for the car? could just use white boot polish?
would anyone have a problem if i have some phantom stuff around the car? we will have to have all doors open for judging. I am gonna have to make up a mod board soon.

now its past the due date will the club pay the late fee?
the theme and layout was generally worked out. but it seems as interest has really died?
i can help assist in organising things. but im not gonna go nuts sorting stuff if no one is interested. and i will need some funds to possibly get stuff?
we need to have a definate show of hands to say yes its worth doing.
and people need to stop saying we could, or i could unless something is really gonna happen!
