i am pleased to announce that Marvey Tech Car Audio and Security is now a Major Sponsor of this club :claps:

John (Marvey) brings to the club almost 20 years of car audio installation experience and will be offering a wide range of car audio services (car audio retail, installation, security, custom design, and fabrication) to our membership base. He has worked on many cars that have been on the show circuit as well as several major demo cars, but i'm sure that he will post up the examples from his extensive portfolio in this sub forum very soon. :notworthy:

His workshop is located at 3/13 Famechon Crescent, Modbury North and is next to Morpowa (just off Milne Road) and you can contact him on 0405 702 292 or via PM/email here.

John has had a long association with my Supra (since Day 1 of ownership) and was responsible for the design, fabrication & installation of the full Alpine system seen in my car at AutoSalon 2006:

This system is now in Mercury's car and was shown at the recent Old School New Age show.

John and i are now working on a completely new install for my Supra, so keep an eye on this section for some teaser photos...

welcome to SA Supra, John!

Welcome Marvey! Good to have another sponsor getting behind the club.

I don't suppose you have any expertise to offer to my confusion about my head-unit? Here's the thread - http://www.sasupra.c...?showtopic=2176

Thanks

Hi John,

welcome to the club and thanks for jumping on as a sponsor.

The Soopy guys n gals are a great bunch and I'm sure you will find it very rewarding to offer your services to this fine club, as we have.

The pics posted look great, you obviously have a gift for what you do - when I convince my teenage boys they no longer fit the back seat, I may well be in to see you myself :D.

Look forward to meeting you soon - all the best,

~Sonia~

If you have another look at the pic you can see a tray in the center of the boot. Perfect for a few shopping bags.

it really depends what level of customisation and fabrication you want to have - ie. how far do you want to go

each of the installs above are quite different in their goal, design and therefore cost. you could spend $500 or you could spend $5000

if you want to know costing, give John (our sponsor Marvey) a call on 040570 2292. PM also sent to you

a big thank you goes out to John (Marvey Tech) for rewiring my battery cut off and thermo fan in the searing heat yesterday to get my car ready for next week's trackday! :notworthy:
