has anyone done boosting on the 7m, like what is a safe boost range ect, the head gaskets been done to the steel race one or something ,with a stud kit...so..yer i haven't got a BCD. but any help? and also the piping has been upgraded and a large (the biggest i could fit between the chassis rails lol) TRD cooler. what power increase is expected with boost increase???? its making heaps more with the piping done and cooler as it had a tiny GA intercooler with 40mm piping in some area's, talk about bottle necking lol

My 7m(with ga71 intercooler, lol) made 196rwkw on about 11psi on the Boostworx dyno about a year ago. Prior to that, with no major changes, it made just shy of 170rwkw on the RPM dyno, same boost level.

1 bar is generally considered safe, and you could do it with stock afm and injectors, but you'd be better off puttng 550cc injectors along with a 1uz afm in it and trim mixtures with an safc. This is tried and tested and should net you well over 200rwkw on a good motor and turbo.
