One minute I'm talking about suspension, the next about parts and electrical and now I need some info on cooling.
Sorry to be jumping around but I guess that's what I tend to do while I'm gathering information up until such time as I make up my mind as to what I finally do.
Give me some thoughts on cooling - radiators, A/T cooling, power steering cooling and last but not least A/C cooling.
My car is a 1994 RZ TT with A/T.
Here are my thoughts:
1. Get an after market aluminum radiator somewhere in the 50-60mm mark. This offers the best value for money. (After market Al radiators are M/T radiators not A/T.) OEM A/T radiators drop down to 25mm - too thin and Toyota want to much for a replacement. I could go custom and haven't decided until all the costs come in.
2. Maintain existing shroud together with water pump fan plus secondary fan.
3. Replace A/T cooling with an after market oil cooler placed between radiator and FMIC preferably located somewhere in front of the secondary fan. After all this is what this fan is for!
4. Replace the existing power steering cooler with a small after market cooler. Placement undecided. I don't believe this to critical as long as it gets air flow.
The quandary at this point - am i heading in the right direction? ( I'm not heading for BIG power or the race track) and what do I do with all of the A/C cooling and the 3rd fan?????
Any ideas and what have others done?

Radiator has rolled up.
No comments on my previous post! :whistling: So it's off to the National and US forums to see what they have.

Koyo 57mm ally radiator
PWR at fluid cooler in lhs brake duct in front bumper
Have kept clutch fan in oem shroud for now
PS fluid cooler is now an aftermarket item due to FMIC fitment, came in kit, easy done
Dual thermo's still to go in to get flow back thro AC condensor/rad etc. since phat FMIC now in way
This is my setup and I survive at my power levels in stinking Aust heat.
