Whilst I'm getting the front suspension rebuilt, I've decided to take a look at how to clean up the engine bay. Keep in mind, I don't necessarily want to take the heart and soul out of the car but I will if necessary.

I'm aiming for:

1. replace all vacuum hosing with red. :fool:
2. replace all of the other hosing with black or red.
3. cleanup the wiring loom
4. a lot of polished alloy/aluminum - no chrome.
5. paint the radiator shroud white.

So it will be white, red and shiny.

I have managed to locate wire loom mesh from CableOrganizer.com which I can get in any conceivable colour but of particular interest is red, white or black. I'll also clean the loom up by removing anything not needed.

I can't make up my mind what colour? Go on - tell me ya preferences!

1. Red Vacuum hoses, yep did that looks great
2. All other hoses factory black
3. Yep few more cable ties much nicer
4. Polished looks great but pain in the arse as high maintenance to keep it pretty
5. Paint shroud white. Dont do it Tony it will be impossible to keep looking nice. There is a good reason things under the bonnet are black and one of them is its easier to keep looking nice

My $2 worth as you get stuff all for 2c nowadays
