as this looks like an official Veilside product photo, it must be part of the Veilside kit. i have seen the black over fenders, sideskirts and wing before in a front quarter view photo. the rear badge, mirrors and wheels are Veilside too, so the rear bar must be Veilside.
i recall that Autobarn advertised this genuine kit (whole or parts) several years ago as i had their catalog at home before.
you may not be able to get the genuine Veilside rear bar locally now, but the Trial rear looks similar if that's all you're after. Killa has a copied one on his car.

Yeah, It's a Veilside kit... you can get a copy one done for much cheaper than the original but i warn you, they're not easy to fit because the rear bar actually goes under the fuel tank, on the other hand it looks good too.
