something like that would prolly do the job, as long as it works, but with unknown tuning data i'd be careful

i can't see eBay at work, but if it's a HKS FCon of any sort (FCon S, V, V Pro) you won't be able to tune it here in SA. only HKS dealers have the software (and the USB security dongle) to tune F-Cons... and the only authorised HKS dealers are BD4's in Sydney or Performance Wholesale (i think) in Perth (maybe X-Speed in Perth too).

if it's not an Fcon, then just ignore my post!

HKS PFC F-con - reckon it is - thats a bummer - cost just as much to tune the thing as to buy it ....

Cheers Kimbo

If you got someone to install it and tune it go for it. i have purchased stuff from that seller before and never had any problems!

I would recommend him.

Dont get a f-con. I have a spare one here im basically going to throw out due to lack of tuning abilities.
If you plan on upgrading turbos or such in future just spend the $1400 for a microtech brand new.
Else go the slightly cheaper option of a safc2 neo (420 new) and a decent boost controller :)

cheers all - ill do some investigating -

Microtech - so if i ever upsize turbos - it will be better for top end -

and the safc2 neo (420 new) and a decent boost controller ... as alternate option.....

Might give Sinergy and Fours n more a call :) :bye:
