Hi guys, I have been helping people for China Earthquake Relief. I personally have bought 100 boxes of bottle waters for them because i know they dont have any fresh water there after the earthquake. I really hope I can help as much as I can, also I am planning to fly over there. Regarding your shipment,
I am so glad that Nicholas sent me a email and let me know that you guys havent received it. I have filed a trace form for you guys already. The tracking number is correct. Let's wait and see what is going on. Also, I still have 50 bottles in stock, I can ship it out for you guys right away while the current shipment still investigating. I will try to check out this thread as often as i can, so I can see your reply here

as with most tracking number systems (FedEx, DHL, AusPost) you should be able to see where the package was last scanned (post office, sorting centre, airport, customs, etc) so if the tracking number is correct, then where exactly was the package last seen?

we don't have access to any information with the tracking number that you have provided us, so we would appreciate you telling us where it was last sighted. did it even make it to Australia?

if this package has been lost and you have 50 bottles in stock, then "ship it out for us right away" as an investigation will no doubt go on for some time. please inform us of the tracking number and access for this shipment. if the original shipment does turn up in Adelaide after we receive this replacement one, then we will dutifully ship the original back to you.

a number of our members here are wanting to purchase some TRD items (LSD, clutch, steering wheel) and are awaiting the outcome of this order to assure their confidence in buying from you.

please keep us advised.

No problem. I will ship the replacement one within this week while the original one still investigating. I will cover all the extra shipping cost since it wasnt your fault at all and I will claim it from shipping company directly. If you have any questions, please pm me directly and I will check this site as often as possible

Cheers,

Ken

Hi Ken,

Have you sent the replacement yet? If so, what's the tracking number?

Ken,

It has been two weeks since your last post on May 21st. Did you ship the replacement V160 oil within that week as stated? If you did, you have not provided us with the relevant tracking number.

As a group, we are increasingly concerned about your lack of communication in this matter given that full payment was provided (and accepted by you) on March 15 - almost three months ago. We hope that the issue with this shipment of 24 litres is resolved quickly so that we can continue to do business with you through SAsupra.com and supraforums.com.au

We look forward to your prompt reply on this forum.

In good faith,

Kim (SA Supra Club Secretary) on behalf of V160 oil group buy members

Yes, this is quite honestly getting beyond a joke. If I'd known it was going to take this long to get the oil(not that we've seen a peep of it yet) I'd not have gone in on the buy. For sure, supplying the community with discounted pricing is great, but pissing off said community by taking 3+ months to supply any goods is just ridiculous.

Needless to say, once this buy is over I won't be considering Kinway when I need to purchase gear for my Supra.

it's all quiet on the Kinway front here and on the national forum. i was at Sinergy this afternoon and there was no sign of any packages.

we may have to consider lodging a PayPal complaint to obtain a refund.

earthquake or no earthquake, this is not how business should be conducted.

Might be worth considering, the problem with that though(as I understand it), is if there is no money in their paypal account then paypal cannot get the money back.

I found the Kinway address a little while back, so if there is anyone in HK soon(or currently) maybe we could get them to pay Kinway a visit and find out WTF is going on?

You guys aren't just waiting for him to respond here are you? I'd make sure to try emailing before lodging a paypal dispute.

from the end of March I made a point of sending each post from this thread as a PM to Ken. each PM was cc'd to the participants of the group buy. I also emailed the content of each post to two (2) of his email addresses and cc'd those emails to Darren, Yiros and Relaxx (as i have their email addresses).

he has said that he would check this thread regularly for replies, but he has not officially logged onto SA Supra since May 21. his Inbox on this site has sufficient capacity at present to receive PM's. none of the emails that i have been sending him have bounced.

however, it appears that he is not very popular on the national forum either:

looks like our worst fears are a reality:
http://www.supraforums.com.au/forum/showth...4365&page=5

i've been tracking the complaint threads in the Kinway subforum regularly and followed the links to other affected forums. it doesn't look particularly good for us, chaps. :(

Darren (6L = $348) and i (8L = $464) have taken the biggest hits with this particular loss.

sorry that this has affected us here - but i am glad that we didn't order anything more expensive like TRD diffs or TRD clutch kits like some individuals on the national forum who have lost big $$$ because of this.

it does confirm for me that if i want something in bulk from Japan, i'll damn well get it myself next time.

Feel for you guys big time. Very sad and unfortunate that there's people out there that do shit like this. I hope he is brought to justice in some way, shape or form.

2. Believe in Easter Bunny ( you gotta go there if you love chocky as much as me )

3. After 17 yrs of marriage and 2 children that SEX :seks: can still be spontaneous and happen any where and anytime.

Oh well 2 out of 3 Fantasies are better than none.

I know this is no time for jokes, but this is one stage where having an Auto supra has really paid off big time.
