As one of the site's Admin team, I am on here every day, but i haven't seen any messages from you recently. the last PM's that i got from you were on March 9 - two weeks ago. perhaps you had difficulties on your end with sending PM's as this site's PM software does occasionally lose messages when they are sent.

However, please note that I paid AUD$1,391.52 to you via PayPal on March 15 - this was nine days ago (before you tried to send me a message). This has all been cleared through PayPal on my end - you should check your PayPal account for transactions around that date.

Please advise when you have shipped the cartons and what the tracking numbers are.

It has been ten days since your last PM and we have not received any indication from you as whether you have shipped the cartons of V160 oil yet.

I dont mind to full refund you guys for this GB if you dont believe what i said. I have reserved these 24 liter of V160 oil for you guys and I never asked for any deposit. I can guarantee that there is no one would do this big favor without any $$$$ but I did. I think i should deserve some appreciation and not this kind of attitude. In this GB, I dont make any money at all, I just want to save you guys money since your local toyota dealer's prices are so ridiculous. You are welcome to compare my price with your local official Toyota dealer price if you dont believe it. At the end, here is the tracking number CP778876987HK and that is it

what is the Enquiry Reference Number for this? the above 13-character tracking identifier only brings up another page asking for an Enquiry Reference Number.

Yeah Ken what the heck has happened to this order as I was hoping to have it by now. Please reply SOON with a valid tracking number so Kim can chase it up. This doesnt look good for future group buys unless this gets sorted Ken as this was paid for along time ago and we were assured you had supplies put aside for the order.

Hi Ken,

It has been a month since you posted this package out to us. We have not received it at Sinergy Motorsports yet (i checked at the workshop yesterday).

Can you please provide a tracking number that works (i've tried your above one repeatedly and it asks for an Enquiry Reference Number which we don't have) or at least let us know where the package currently is in the system? i didn't think that surface mail from HK took so long.
