Hi guys,

Sorry for not giving you an update sooner and pics, I've been flat out working on the 1UZ project over the past two weeks.
I tried to get a few pics here and there, any questions please don't hesitate to ask :)

how much is the 1uz setting you back?
I didnt get back to you but last friday i got offered a crown 1/2 cut for 1500 :lol:
Oh and i will also be going 1uz into the soarass

Its a good project to undergo, what gearbox are you going to use?

Those engine levelers are a gods gift aswell!

The 1UZ set me back $1800 through FOURS N' MORE.
The engine was set up the way we needed for the job
I needed the soarer engine mounts and sump, mixed with the crowns ecu.
I'm just running the W58 gear box for now, I have a couple of spare W58s too :)
The cost of the project :) depends on what your doing yourself, where you source for parts and who you know :)

Engine $2000
Custom bellhousing & kit $1650
Custom Hoses $ 600
labour at least $2000
miscellaneous $ 500

Mmmmmmmmmmmm V8 Supra :daze:

How sweet is that going to sound mate. Only regret I have with the Supra is the lack of V8 goodness. On the other hand the awesome power and handling make up for my loss.

yep, about the same cost, but minus the labour (as I did all electrical and mechanical) and cheaper parts.
But imagine a TT V8 or supercharged in my case.

i remember talking about the conversion to you not long ago, and there she is the v8 banger, it is in ( few tweeks or whatever , exhaust etc )

Prob a year or two, no rush here.
Before I get the super charger, I'll get an after market ecu and extractors too, few other things...
I'll have fun how it is for a while :) And iron out a few problems.
