they seem like great guys
got a call bak from them today regarding either chucking a 2jzgte in mine and doing the conversion next yr
or turboing the existing engine in my car
main reason as why im opting to do all of this and keepin my car instead of selling is
because i want to keep the aero top style and GZ aero tops still go for like 28-32 k ? fairly stock as a rock and since all my stereo is done and pretty much everything is cosmetically done i only need to do the motor. I dont want to start out with another stock car again lol.
Thing is as well i know the complete history of my car and i know the first owners who still live in adelaide so i know everything about this car. Try Find another supra like that in good nick. Plus my car has only done 94 000 kms
only rough prices at the moment as im waiting to hear bak from them on the phone in the next few days
but if i turbo my existing engine yes i can do it legally with a engineers certificate they said stock GE engine can handle 300rwkw
rough prices at the moment are like 6-7k :claps:
just depends how cheap they can get parts for
i know that sounds like alot of money but for 6-7k and turboing existing engine and getting like 220rwkw + this is a huge gain for that kind of money
but yer i will keep u guys in the loop :D

But yes, trans will benefit from an upgrade. Perhaps a Stage 1 MV Autos upgrade, $800-$900 from memory.

i was wondering when is the turbo charging happening,
with me i would rather find a turbo motor and drop it in,
as far as getting defected and stuffed around by cops etc
but im sure the NA and turbo motors are over engineered by toyota anyways so you should have too much issues.
also are you going manual conversion, or keeping it auto ( far better for a cruiser and city driving) = relaxing, no clutching, no shifting
i know there is a purple blue supra aero with 300 + kw with a 5 speed in it, built by japco 3 yrs ago
