[attachment=516:attachment] :whistling: would it work the same distance apart for above 180km

in these dials.... the left one is the supra,

the silver is added 200 and 220......

The numbers may need to be adjusted smaller....

would it be correct to 220??

The gauge is linear in it range, It would be correct at 220; that’s if the marks are equally spaced the same as the others.
Ps. nice work, Is there anything you can't do?

[attachment=517:attachment]Great feed back fellas......

Well there is certain media i can print on,

sticky backed vinyl, or a translucent plastic ( not sticky back ),

*I can print any design onto the vinyl sticker, then put it through my plotter.....

the plotter will cut out all the numbers, gaps and the whole circle shape of the dial.....

( thats if you want to leave the exhisting colour of the numbers showing through....)

white numbers will make your leds stand out the best......

*or i can do a whole translucent print on a plastic and go over everything and hope that the led is bright
enough to show through the media.....

*i can print on clear vinyl but it needs white backing to get the colour .

sootie i can do series 2, as long as i have the stencil copy first i can go over the top....

Cheers for the templates Andy

Has any one got a spare dash open to test??

It's not too hard to pull apart the dash so I am willing to help if someone wants to try some of Stika’s new dials.

Steve, the template I gave you is for the series 2 NA. I should get the series 1 shortly.

There are 2 dials for the series 2 (1 for NA and 1 for TT).

In series 1 there are two dials for manual and auto. Providing the material is translucent, the manual version is suitable for the auto

Looking the shitzen mate. Well done!

Also, on the Tacho, you will need to provide cut outs for the high beam and warning light if the material isn't translucent.

Keep up the good work...

MMMMMMMM quite nice!

id be interested but without the trd logo, toyota emblem and car pic, i wouldnt mind the word supra, the one on the bottom of the rev guage u have put there though!

i assume u can do these in a variety of colours, let me know how they work, ie, at night if i were to get red ones, would u be able to see red or only the original lights shining through the numbers etc!

What you reckon Steve, Once successful, you should make a post on the national site and make some extra pocket money. My cut can be $5 per set

*cough* Who brained stormed with you Andy? *cough*
I'd be happy to test drive a set Steve...I have Red LEDs thanks to Andy so the holes in the numbering etc would do me fine.
I'm happy to be a guinea pig in this to help get it right...hell...ripping the dash apart is a piece of piss now (again...thanks Andy for showing me the Light!)
But yeah...definately potential for some good cash here mate...if you need any feedback...just let me know...can always pop down after work to work on ideas.
Looking the shniz!!!

Hey Andy, yeah we will work out some deal to get these across australia, world  $$$$

cut outs for the high beam and warning light,

yes it would prob be better with a hole cut out...... than it showing through....
Ill just need to test to find out where the holes lay.....

Sootie; yes once i have the design on the comp any colour, any logo can be put into the dials.....

Wookster... that is a great idea to test with your car.......... id love to test the three diferent ways i can do the guages....

see how they light up when in dark etc.... ( high beam holes etc)

so ill work out a design with ya..... you can be the test dummy..... B)

cheers for feedback fellas, TEFE, Hardy
